It is hard to know what hire will impact your business most when you are "in it" experiencing growth pains. I will take a customized approach to evaluate your organizational structure to help you determine who to hire, when, and why to maximize your growth trajectory, focusing on what matters.

Getting your GTM right is as essential as having a working product. We can work together to do all things needed to create an effective GTM, including TAM analysis, GTM strategy, compensation plans, CRM implementation/re-tooling/enhancement, Sales and Customer Success process definition, forecasting implementation, revenue projections, quota allocation, and budget development.

Still, they need to deploy a strategy to incorporate the right tools or ensure they don't have the same tools deployed in multiple places.
